We collaborate on design with your architect or one of our preferred designers. Jamie is involved from the first sketch through detailed selections and estimates.

3. Making It Official
We prepare a transparent construction contract covering scope, schedule, and payment milestones. We handle permits and approvals.

4. Breaking Ground
We prepare the site, manage drainage and grading, and pour the foundation. You're welcome on-siteโJamie provides regular updates.

5. Watching It Rise
Framing, roofing, exterior finishes, then interiors: mechanical systems, millwork, and finishes. Jamie is on-site daily.
